Ignite apprenticeship scheme

Paragon Ignite is our pioneering apprenticeship programme, giving young people an opportunity to take their first career steps with us in a variety of production environments. After successfully completing their induction, candidates are offered permanent employment, further opportunities to develop their skills, and the chance to study for government-recognised qualifications. Quantum

Paragon Quantum is our premier Senior Leadership program, crafted to empower selected leaders from across our business to gain deeper self-awareness and understand the implications for their leadership style and career trajectory with Paragon.

Over the course of this 12-month program, participants collaborate to address challenges proactively, fostering a culture of problem-solving rather than escalation. The program also broadens their horizons, enhancing their ability to work beyond their functional expertise and engage in strategic activities that impact the entire organisation.
